The Apprentice
Another big Reality TV show that Dean focuses on is The Apprentice.
Dean started predicting on Lord Sugar's popular show in 2008.
It is also one of his own personal favourite Reality shows and he makes his Midas pick before the first show is even aired.
Claire Young - 2008
Dean's first ever Apprentice pick was Claire Young.
Claire's nickname was "The Rottweiler" because of her tenacious approach and she took this in to the early stages of the show.
In week 4, Claire received a tongue-lashing from Sir Alan Sugar but the no-nonsense sales woman won over viewers to reach the Final.

Debra Barr - 2009
After Claire Young finished in 2nd place, Dean was hoping for another Finalist in 2009.
Dean chose Debra Barr and was later quoted as saying that backing her was "The best rollercoaster ride" in his Midas history.
Dean got a major scare on week one of the show when Debra was one of 3 in line to get fired by Lord Alan Sugar, luckily she came through to fight another day.
Debra went on to be in the board room on 4 occasions, but she kept fighting on and became one of the strongest and most memorable Apprentice candidates for years.
Debra finished in 3rd place.
A day after the Final Dean received an email from Debra thanking him for his support throughout the show, she also said "I am not sure what the future will hold, but I am delighted with how it all turned out."

Debra Barr
Jamie Lester - 2010
So after two Finalists, Dean was hoping for a hat trick and he put his faith in Jamie Lester.
Jamie ticked along very well until his team lost in week 4, but he managed to survive the dreaded boardroom.
In week 7 everyone thought Jamie would be fired when the team he was on lost and he was accused by Karen Brady of being negative towards team manager Sandeesh, but she never brought back to the boardroom and he survived again.
He got through another visit to the boardroom in week 8 and went on to make the Final. Jamie finished in 3rd place.

Susan Ma - 2011
Dean's 4th Apprentice Midas pick was Susan Ma.
Susan went on to finish in 3rd place but as with most of Dean's Midas picks not winning is not the be and end all.
Lord Sugar said after the Final that he wanted to venture into the cosmetics business and commented: 'I would like to keep in close contact with her, I think there is a little deal to be done.'
