After The X-Factor, Britain's Got Talent is by far the biggest other Reality TV show Dean makes predictions on.
Dean has been picking his Midas act on the show since 2007.

Dean's first ever Britain's Got Talent Midas choice was Damon Scott.
Damon Scott and his puppet Bubbles became very popular after their first audition and they obtained massive support which saw them fly through to the final and finish as runner up to Paul Potts.
Damon is now enjoying the opportunities which have come from the huge publicity created by Britain's Got Talent, jetting about performing in a variety of star studded events, at corporate parties and large outdoor events, Damon is revelling in the new challenges which are coming his way.
Damon said of Dean's support "Dean definitely stands up to his nickname 'Midas'. I shall look forward to working with him in the future, what a legend."

During the auditions stage of the 2008 series Dean picked Escala as his Midas act and the girls made it through to the Live Semi Finals and then the Final.

The girls went on to sign with Simon Cowell's music label Sony BMG and their debut album reached Number 2.
Escala are Victoria, Izzy, Chantal and Tasya.
Escala's management Young Guns allowed Dean to officially support the girls during Britains Got Talent and band member Victoria Lyon sent Dean this message straight after the Final.
"Thanks Dean and thank you for backing us, much appreciated."

After two Midas Finalists the pressure was really on for Dean to make it a hat trick, his choice did not let him down.
Shaun Smith got through to the Britain's Got Talent Final after Amanda Holden picked him in the Semi Final vote off.
Shaun did a great job in the Final with his version of Bill Withers 'Ain't No Sunshine' and received some glowing praise from judge Amanda Holden "You've ticked every box, you are sexy and cool, you are fantastic."
Shaun Smith said "I'm absolutely ecstatic just to have made it to the final."
"It's been an absolute pleasure to be a part of this, and I hope it has given me the platform I need to go out there and become a recording artist. The whole thing has been a dream come true, it's been totally wicked!"

Prediction
Dean went in to his fourth Britain's Got Talent looking to get another Finalist.
His choice was young Manchester boy band Connected (now ReConnected).
After a nervy Semi Final the lads were saved in the vote off by Simon Cowell and went on to reach the Final.
Sally Mondryk (Harry & Max's mum) sent this to Dean:
"Many thanks for backing the boys, lets hope your predictions come true for them. We really appreciate you supporting them."

Update - August 2011
Since ReConnected appeared on Britain's Got Talent, Dean has continued to support and work with the lads.
In August of 2011 they appeared at Dean's charity Ghost hunt, helping to raise over £235 and on August 15th, they performed a live set at his X Factor charity single launch in Newcastle. Going down a storm with crowd.
Dean said "I have and will continue to support Harry, Max and Matt because they are not only fantastic singers and performers but they are also really nice down to earth lads who deserve all the attention they attract"

As well as the act Dean supports, he is also lucky enough to meet some of the other contestants.
In early June whilst appearing on GMTV with Chico, he met up with 2010 winners Spelbound a day after after they won the title.

Dean's 5th Britain's Got Talent pick is 12 year old singer Ronan Parke.
Good Luck Ronan.
Dean revealed Ronan Parke as his Midas act via top Reality TV website Telly Mix before the semi final.
After winning his Semi Final with 61 percent of the vote, Ronan became the hot favourite to win the show BUT in the build up to the Final an untrue story broke in the national media and online saying that the show was fixed for Ronan to win.
Ronan went on to finish in 2nd place.
Lord Sugar summed up how a lot of people were feeling when he tweeted "Ronan could not have won, too many allegations and there would have been controversy after, like to know how that happened.”
But as the dust settled it was reported that Ronan Parke had been signed by Simon Cowell and fellow X-Factor judge Louis Walsh said "Remember Susan Boyle came second, Ronan will be huge,"
