America's Got Talent - Michael Grimm
Dean's first ever involvement with America's Got Talent was a successful one as he correctly predicted back in July that Michael would win the show.
On the 15th September 2010, Michael was crowned the winner of the show.
Michael scoops a $1 million prize and top billing on the forthcoming America's Got Talent tour as well as his own show in Las Vegas.

Stacey Soloman - I'm A Celebrity 2010
Dean's 3rd ever I'm a Celebrity Midas pick is 2009 X-Factor Finalist Stacey Soloman.
Last year Dean correctly predicted from the launch night that Chef Gino D'Acampo would win.
Dean said "The pressure is on after picking last years Winner but I am confident that Stacey will do very well and make it a Midas I'm A Celebrity double."
Update - December 2010
On Saturday 4th December 2010 Stacey Soloman was crowned as the Winner of I'm A Celebrity.
This now gives Dean a record of 2 Wins in a row after Gino's win last year.

York City - FA Cup 2010
Dean 'Midas' Maynard worked his FA Cup magic again, this time with Blue Square Bet Premier side York City.
On Tuesday 8th November Dean predicted that the Minstermen would beat League Two Rotherham United in their FA Cup replay, On November 17th 2010 they won 3-0.
Dean said "I said that York would beat Rotherham in the FA Cup replay and yet again I have been proved right, well done to everyone at York City."
"I know there are loads of sceptics out there but my FA Cup record speaks for itself and this is the 3rd time in 4 years I have backed an underdog to great success"

Cheltenham Gold Cup 2011 - Long Run
After predicting last years shock Gold Cup Winner, Dean was on for a famous double.
In a fantastic race Dean's Midas tip Long Run went on to win in a classic.
During the Cheltenham Festival Dean was asked to provide some tips for top racing website eclipsemagazine.co.uk
Of his 11 tips, 8 placed. This broke down as Four Winners, Two 2nd's and Two 3rd's.

American Idol 2011 - Lauren Alaina
Back on March 7th 2011 Dean named 16 year old Lauren Alaina as his American Idol pick.
On May 12th the girl from Rossville,Georgia made it to the Final.
Dean said "I picked out Lauren from her very first audition, she has everything and always stood to me as the one to beat"
The last time I was so certain about an act getting to the Final from their first audition was in 2006 on the UK's X-Factor...the act was Leona Lewis"
Lauren went on to finish in 2nd place.

Harry Judd - Strictly Come Dancing (2011)
Midas Act Harry Judd won 2011's Strictly Come Dancing with professional partner Aliona.
After Kara Tointon's win last year Dean will go in to 2012's show on a Strictly hat trick.

Mark Wright - I'm A Celebrity 2011
Dean's fourth ever I'm a Celebrity Midas Act was Towie's Mark Wright.
Mark went on to finish in 2nd place.
Dean said "When I said I was backing Mark people said he "didn't have a chance" and would be "one of the first voted off" I think Mark will do 'totes amaze' away from the show and he is set for a huge 2012"
